ZK Games take the protection of your personal data under the regulations defined very seriously. Your personal data will only be collected for advertisement, app analytics by any other third party source after your consent. This data is only required for app improvement to the end user and not store in any way.

AUTO DATA COLLECTION:

Our application does not collect exact info about the location of the user. While, for your understanding the application may collect the info required which is mentioned in the policy clearly, i.e; device ID, IP address, device OS only for the betterment of the app funtionality. Keep in mind that we do not collect any data from child below 13 yeasrs of age under COPPA law. This is only stored temporarily until the device is on and also optional to opt out. The data is delted after the device is restarted or switched off.

OPT OUT DATA OPTION?

You can opt out the data anytime after uninstalling the app/game. It is a standardr procedure to uninstall the app/game from the mobile device in case of opting out the data.

SECURITY:

We do follow the data safeguard procedures very carefully to protect user data use by the third parties like ADMOB, FACEBOOK, UNITY3D, APPODEAL, CHARTBOOST, APPLOVIN, and other data advertisement and analytical tool like GAME ANALYTICS, PLAYFAB. All these tird parties' privacy policies are available at their sites.

Furthermore, We follow physical procedures to use and maintain the user data under any circumstances. We limit the data access to only authorized employees who have to use the data for app/game improvement in development, marketing or operational strategies.

PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES:
